This is an informational website. Services cannot be ordered, booked or paid for online. Services are contracted at the counter, directly between the client and the provider.
The information published here is indicative and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Services and document lists
The document lists shown for each service are indicative. Exact requirements depend on the specific situation of the vehicle or applicant and on the rules in force at the time of filing, which authorities may change.
We file cases with the competent institutions under a power of attorney signed by the client. Processing times belong to those institutions and cannot be guaranteed by us.
Service prices are provided on request, at the counter or by phone, before work begins. Official fees payable to authorities are charged separately, at the amounts set by law.
Using the website
You may use this website freely, for personal or professional purposes. The following are not permitted: attempting unauthorised access, probing for vulnerabilities without written agreement, mass automated scraping of content, or sending unlawful, abusive or unsolicited promotional messages through the form.
The contact form
The form is a correspondence channel, not an emergency one. Do not send copies of identity documents, personal identification numbers, bank details or other sensitive data through it — bring those to the counter.
A message sent through the form is not a contract and does not oblige us to provide the service.
Intellectual property
The text, structure, graphics and code of this website belong to the provider or are used under licence. They may be quoted with attribution; they may not be copied wholesale for republication.
Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep published information accurate and current, but we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of this website, without checking with us at the counter or by phone.

Liability for services actually provided is governed by the contract and power of attorney signed with the client, and by Romanian law.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Please raise any complaint with us first, at contact@acteautobucuresti.ro or 0727 901 812. We reply within 30 calendar days at the latest.
If we cannot agree, consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection, including through alternative dispute resolution: ANPC — SAL. The European online dispute resolution platform is also available: ODR.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent courts at the provider’s registered office, unless the law provides otherwise in the consumer’s favour.
We may amend this document. The applicable version is the one published here at the time of your visit, with the update date shown at the top of the page.
